Job Summary
Joe's Outlets Pte Ltd seeks a motivated Retail Assistant Manager to support daily store operations and lead the sales team to achieve targets while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient store management.
Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Manager by coordinating daily store operations to maintain smooth workflow and operational efficiency
- Lead and motivate the retail team by setting clear sales targets and monitoring progress to drive team performance
- Deliver excellent customer service by resolving enquiries and issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage staff scheduling and daily manpower allocation to optimize store coverage and productivity
- Train and coach retail staff to improve skills and knowledge for better sales and service outcomes
- Ensure the store is well presented and fully stocked by overseeing visual merchandising and stock levels
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain operational standards and safety
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care products, providing relevant industry knowledge and customer insights
