QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
- Evaluate quotations, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, and manage procurement.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and contract administration.
- Prepare progress claims, payment certifications, and final accounts.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure cost control and timely project delivery.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant quantity surveying experience.
- Proficient in cost estimation and budgeting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
