*Chemistry/ Lab Equipment* Sales Engineer/ Product Specialist #HCG

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell laboratory equipment, instruments, and scientific solutions to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with laboratories, research institutes, universities, and industrial customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop existing customer accounts.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and provide technical support when required.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on sales opportunities, and negotiate with customers.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
• Attend exhibitions, seminars, and customer visits to promote the company's products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related science discipline.
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Candidates with laboratory experience who are interested in moving into sales are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel for customer visits when required.
