Assistant Counter Manager

We are seeking an energetic Assistant Counter Manager to lead our team in delivering an exceptional, luxury client experience. In this role, you will balance business strategy with hands-on team development to drive growth and reinforce our brand’s market leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Coach and mentor staff to hit sales targets and KPIs, fostering a culture of excellence.

• Business Growth: Analyze market trends and client insights to develop initiatives that drive revenue.

• Operations: Oversee daily counter operations, ensuring full compliance with brand guidelines and efficiency standards.

• Client Experience: Provide a personalized, omni-channel luxury experience that builds long-term brand loyalty.

• Brand Ambassadorship: Exemplify the brand’s image and values in every interaction.

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, ITE, or Diploma in any discipline

• At least 2 years of retail experience in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury goods with demonstrated customer service excellence

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment

• Passionate about beauty and wellness with willingness to learn product knowledge and industry trends

• Able to work retail hours including weekends, public holidays, and extended hours during peak periods
