Construction Supervisor / Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Construction Site Coordinator to join our team for an HDB Home Improvement Programme (HIP) project.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site progress to ensure work complies with HDB standards and technical specifications.

Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.

Manage resident-facing issues professionally during unit-by-unit upgrades.

Monitor the master work program to ensure material delivery and manpower allocation meet daily milestones and prevent project slippage.

Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports, safety inspection logs, and attendance records.

Enforce strict Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high quality of workmanship and prompt rectification of defects.

Assist in preparing and filing technical submissions, RFI/RFA documentation, and permit-to-work applications.

Requirements

2–4 years of relevant experience in building construction, ideally with exposure to HDB projects (specifically HIP or A&A works).

Ability to interpret architectural and M&E drawings. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel for progress tracking).

Excellent communication skills to handle coordination between diverse site teams and effectively engage with HDB residents.

Construction Safety Course for Supervisors (or equivalent). Class 3 Driving License (preferred).

Hands-on, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
