As a Senior Executive, HR, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Support the planning and implementation of HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, rewards and retention.
- Partner with departments to provide HR advice and operational support on day-to-day HR matters.
- Manage HR operations, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee recognition, manpower reporting and staff wellness programmes.
- Build positive employee relationships by addressing queries, gathering feedback and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to support workforce planning and organisational objectives.
- Coordinate and support HR projects, programmes and corporate events.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- IHRP certification is an advantage
