Key Responsibilities

• Support and configure IT systems within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Perform Change Control Impact Assessments for IT-related activities.
• Assist in Operational Technology (OT) network implementation.
• Support server implementation where required.
• Prepare and deploy validated workstation images.
• Perform system cloning, restoration and backup activities.
• Configure workstation settings, user permissions and access rights.
• Create and manage local administrator and user accounts.
• Configure network connectivity, cloud storage and OneDrive mapping.
• Implement and maintain backup solutions using Acronis.
• Provide support for IT systems while ensuring compliance with data integrity and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Support ongoing technology initiatives and system enhancements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is essential.
• Hands-on experience supporting GMP-regulated IT systems is required.
• Familiarity with validation practices and regulated system environments.
• Experience supporting laboratory analytical or QC systems such as TOC or MALDI is advantageous but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a regulated environment.
