CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

RNS ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: -

· Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to completion.

· Prepare project schedules, work plans, and timelines.

· Develop and monitor project budgets and control costs.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

· Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety requirements, and quality standards.

· Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.

· Supervise site activities and monitor construction progress.

· Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

· Manage procurement of materials, equipment, andsub contractor services.

· Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks.

· Resolve technical issues, conflicts, and project delays.

· Prepare project reports and provide updates tomanagement and clients.

· Ensure all work complies with contract specifications and project requirements.

· Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, variations, and reports.

· Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

· Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.

· Oversee project handover, final inspections, and defect rectification.
