Lead Instrumentation & Control Engineer

We are currently looking for a Lead Instrumentation & Control Engineer to support multiple projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and root cause investigations to resolve instrumentation and control issues, ensuring minimal project disruption
• Manage progress reporting and control manhours for electrical and instrumentation scopes to maintain project timelines and budgets
• Collaborate closely with calibration vendors and site teams to coordinate calibration activities and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Interpret and apply instrumentation and control specifications and requirements to deliver compliant engineering solutions
• Independently perform loop checks and read engineering drawings to verify system functionality and integrity
• Deliver project milestones from startup through commissioning, demonstrating strong project delivery capabilities under tight deadlines
• Apply a strong ethical approach to safety, quality, environmental protection, and business practices in all engineering activities
• Utilize experience across diverse site electrical and instrumentation engineering projects, with a key focus on pharmaceutical, food, or mission critical facilities

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in loop checks, drawing interpretation, and instrumentation engineering, preferably within the life sciences industry

Preferred Competencies

• Experience in delivering projects from startup phase to completion, demonstrating comprehensive project management skills
• Knowledge and experience working on industrial building projects in pharmaceutical, food, or mission critical sectors
