Production Assistant / Operator (WEST) 4-2 shift

Job Scope

• Operate machines and perform production tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet production targets.
• Load and prepare raw materials for production.
• Perform basic machine inspection, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
• Conduct product quality checks and report any abnormalities promptly.
• Handle chemicals and solvents using the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in accordance with 5S and workplace safety requirements.
• Report any safety, machine, or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night).
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom and dust-free manufacturing environment.
• Willing to wear cleanroom attire and face mask where required.
• Able to handle chemicals with appropriate PPE.
• Carry loads of up to 25kg (for designated processes).

Working Hours

• 4-2 shift pattern (Work 4 days, Rest 2 days).
• 12-hour rotating shifts (rotation may occur every 1–2 weeks).
• Day Shift: 6:50 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:50 PM – 7:00 AM
• Meal & rest breaks: Total 65 minutes (35-minute meal break + two 15-minute tea breaks).

Contract Duration

• 6 to 9 months.
• Opportunity for permanent conversion based on performance and business needs.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing cleanroom and dust-free production environment.

Salary: $2,800 / month

Transport Allowance: $200
