Job Summary

Join MindChamps MindSpace at Central Plaza (right on top of Tiong Bahru MRT), Tiong Bahru, to deliver unique enrichment programs, support primary school children’s learning, and maintain a safe, engaging classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement class programs according to the centre’s policies, guidelines, framework, and philosophy to ensure consistent delivery
• Deliver MindChamps enrichment programs in English, Maths, Science, and Chinese aligned with the established curriculum and your personal competencies
• Guide primary school children (Primary 1 to 5) to complete daily homework assignments to reinforce learning
• Maintain accurate records of each child’s progress and tailor support to meet their individual educational and developmental needs
• Prepare and organize teaching resources and arrange the classroom to create a conducive learning environment
• Build and sustain positive relationships with children and parents to enhance learning and development outcomes
• Demonstrate creativity and a positive mindset to serve as an inspiring role model for students
• Ensure the safe and timely transfer of students from school to the student centre
• Monitor and maintain the safety of children within the centre premises at all times
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Centre Director or Centre Manager to support centre operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working with Ministry of Education (MoE) schools or tuition centres will be viewed favourably
