Assistant Operations Manager

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Assistant Operations Manager supports the planning,

execution and growth of the company's pool maintenance and project operations. This is a

hands-on role combining team leadership, client servicing, procurement and business

development.

• Plan and schedule maintenance timelines for pool servicing teams, ensuring jobs are

completed on time and in line with client service agreements.

• Lead, supervise and coordinate a team of pool maintenance technicians, including

allocating daily work assignments and monitoring job quality.

Handle customer feedback and complaints, investigating issues promptly and

coordinating service recovery to maintain client satisfaction.

• Source and procure materials, chemicals and equipment based on client and project

requirements, including liaising with suppliers and managing purchase costs.

• Act as project coordinator for ongoing works, liaising with clients, contractors and internal

teams to ensure smooth project execution from planning through to completion.

• Prepare and review tender submissions, and support efforts to secure new maintenance

contracts and projects to grow the company's client base.
