About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Success Engineer to serve as the key liaison between customers and internal operational teams within a critical infrastructure environment. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing customer relationships, coordinating issue resolution, and providing clear communication between all stakeholders.
The successful candidate will combine strong customer management skills with a solid technical understanding of building services and critical facility operations. A significant portion of the role involves direct customer engagement, requiring excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive service experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage customer requests, incidents, service issues, and escalations through to resolution.
- Facilitate communication between customers, operations teams, engineering teams, and service providers.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in a customer-facing service delivery, technical operations, or critical facilities environment.
- Experience managing customer relationships, service performance, and issue resolution.
- Exposure to SLA-driven environments and incident management processes.
- Experience within mission-critical operations or infrastructure environments is advantageous.
