Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Clinic Sales Consultant with proven skin aesthetic experience to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional client service in a professional aesthetic clinic environment.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by effectively closing sales of skin aesthetic treatments and services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase client satisfaction and retention
- Lead and motivate team members to support clinic sales goals and deliver excellent service
- Demonstrate a pleasant and professional demeanor to create a welcoming client experience
- Continuously enhance skills and knowledge through training to stay updated on aesthetic industry trends and products
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in skin aesthetic sales
- Proven track record of strong sales closing rates
- Effective leadership skills to guide and inspire team members
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving clinic practices
