Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare nutritious daily meals and snacks for infants and children according to the centre's menu and nutritional guidelines.
- Ensure food is prepared in compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Purchase, receive, and store food supplies while monitoring inventory and minimizing food wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and food preparation areas.
- Follow proper food handling procedures, including allergy awareness and special dietary requirements.
