IT Analyst (GMP Systems & Pharmaceutical Operations) | Immediate Start #HDC

Key Responsibilities

• Perform change control impact assessments for GMP-related IT systems.

• Support Operational Technology (OT) network implementation and deployment.

• Configure and implement validated workstations and servers where applicable.

• Perform workstation imaging, system cloning and restoration activities.

• Configure user accounts, local administrator access and system permissions.

• Map and configure Cloud and OneDrive connectivity.

• Connect and maintain systems within the corporate network environment.

• Implement and support backup solutions using Acronis.

• Manage C drive and Ethernet access restrictions where required.

• Provide technical support and resolve IT and data integrity-related issues.

• Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with GMP and regulatory compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Hands-on experience supporting GMP-regulated systems is required.

• Familiarity with system validation, compliance and regulated IT operations.

• Experience supporting QC or laboratory analytical systems (e.g. TOC or MALDI) will be an advantage.

• Able to commence work within a short notice period is preferred.
