System Engineer

· BachelorDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field

· At least 1 year in a system support work related experience

· Executedaily system administration, handle change requests, and provide high-levelfirst-line support to resolve infrastructure issues.

· Maintainand optimize virtualized environments (VMware) and manage directory services(Active Directory).

· Manageand troubleshoot a hybrid environment focusing on Red Hat Enterprise Linux andWindows Server OS.

· ApplyITIL best practices to streamline incident, change, and problem managementworkflows.

· Leadby example, providing guidance to junior staff and taking ownership oftechnical escalations.

Virtualization & Hypervisors: VMwarevSphere (vCenter, ESXi), High Availability, and Disaster Recovery

Identity & Directory Services: MicrosoftActive Directory, Group Policy Objects, DNS, and DHCP

Operating Systems: RedHat Enterprise Linux, Windows Server

ServiceManagement: ITILFramework (Incident, Change, Problem Management)

Infrastructure Support: L1/L2Technical Support, Hardware Lifecycle Management, and System Administration
