Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and model detailed building elements.
- Develop and update BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project specifications, standards, and coordination requirements.
- Prepare documentation for authority submissions and construction purposes.
- Create accurate BIM models of building exteriors and interiors with relevant pre-construction information such as material specifications, quantity estimates, time schedules, and cost estimates.
- Develop and maintain BIM libraries/families based on project and industry standards.
- Provide technical support to project teams in resolving modeling and coordination issues.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Structural, Architectural, Engineering, Construction, MEP, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in building construction and project execution.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
