Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily beverage preparation and service operations.
  • Ensure all beverages are prepared according to company recipes and quality standards.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate beverage-making staff.
  • Monitor employee performance and maintain productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels and order beverage ingredients and supplies as needed.
  • Minimize product waste and control operational costs.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally.
  • Prepare work schedules and assign duties to team members.
  • Maintain cleanliness of beverage preparation areas and equipment.
  • Support management in achieving sales and operational targets.
  • Prepare daily and monthly operational reports when required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in beverage preparation or café operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, food safety, and hygiene practices.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines , with flexbility to work extended hours when required.
