BEVERAGE MAKING SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily beverage preparation and service operations.
- Ensure all beverages are prepared according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Train, coach, and evaluate beverage-making staff.
- Monitor employee performance and maintain productivity.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and order beverage ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Minimize product waste and control operational costs.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Prepare work schedules and assign duties to team members.
- Maintain cleanliness of beverage preparation areas and equipment.
- Support management in achieving sales and operational targets.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports when required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in beverage preparation or café operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, food safety, and hygiene practices.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines , with flexbility to work extended hours when required.
