What You'll Do

- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract quality talent through job portals, networking, referrals, social media, and talent databases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and job suitability.
- Provide market insights, talent mapping, and hiring recommendations to clients.
- Prepare engaging job advertisements and promote opportunities across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Keep accurate recruitment records and manage candidate progress throughout the hiring journey.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market movements to identify new business and recruitment opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, customer service, business development, or other client-facing roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
