Waiter / Waitress Job Scope｜服务员工作职责

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude. 热情接待顾客，提供友善的服务。
• Take food and beverage orders accurately. 准确记录顾客点餐及饮品需求。
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally. 及时、专业地为顾客上菜及送饮品。
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. 清理餐桌，保持餐厅环境整洁。
• Set up tables before service and replenish tableware. 营业前布置餐桌，并及时补充餐具。
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic issues politely. 礼貌回答顾客询问，并协助处理基本问题。
• Process payments and operate the POS system (if required). 负责收银及操作POS系统（如需要）。
• Follow food hygiene and workplace safety standards. 遵守食品卫生及工作安全规范。
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. 协助完成开店及打烊工作。
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. 完成主管安排的其他工作。
