Account Executive

PRESTIGE ACCOUNTING PTE. LTD.

For Clients

· Manage full sets of accounts for clients

· Provide professional client service, ensuring timely reporting

· Maintain and update client database

· Prepare full sets of accounts for several entities (Client)

For Internal office

· Prepare reconciliation of accounts, management and cash flow reports

· Handle bookkeeping and management accounts

· Prepare payments via internet banking

· Verification of supplier invoices and issue payments

· Issue sales invoices and follow up on customer payments

· Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST, annual tax returns and other statutory filings

· Handling other administrative tasks such as procurement of office supplies, handling courier, postage and banking duties etc

· Degree or Diploma or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting / ACCA or equivalent

· Good working knowledge of accounting standards and GST regulations;

· Possess a keen eye for details and strong analytical skills;

· Able to hands-on and deadline oriented

· Able to work independently and as a team;

· Experienced in using accountingsoftware such as ABSS, Xero, Quickbooks etc.

· Bilingual – English and Chinese (Inorder to communicate with Chinese speaking customers inquiries over the phoneor email.)

· Immediate or short notice candidates are preferred

· Minimum 3 years accounting working experiences
