Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to provide HR advisory and support on people-related matters, policies, employment legislation, and best practices.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Support manpower planning initiatives and work closely with departments to meet workforce requirements.
  • Review, develop, and implement HR policies, procedures, and programmes to enhance operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide guidance on employee performance, disciplinary matters, grievances, and workplace issues.
  • Drive employee engagement, wellness, and culture-building initiatives to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce.
  • Analyse HR trends and metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with employment laws, statutory requirements, and organisational policies.
  • Participate in HR transformation, process improvement, and special projects as assigned.
  • Support organisational events and initiatives to strengthen employee experience and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist capacity.
  • Good understanding of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
