Your new role

• Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels,
• Conduct screening calls for high quality talent as a first stage of evaluation and assessment
• Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners,
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency,

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 1 years of experience either in a search firm, agency or in-house.
• Experience in recruiting for roles such as: Cloud, AI or in any other technology-related field
• Experience in recruiting for roles such as: Corporate functions - Human Resource, Marketing, Operations
