Jobs Responsibilities

• Manage end to end order processing for service parts and accessories across Asia Pacific markets.
• Coordinate with distributors, suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of orders and shipments.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists and bills of lading.
• Handle warranty claims, shipment discrepancies and logistics related enquiries to support customer satisfaction.
• Process supplier and customer invoices through SAP while maintaining accurate operational records.
• Prepare monthly operational reports and support continuous improvement of service and supply chain performance.
