V2 is an AI-native consultancy of 100+ people helping enterprises move from AI ambition to production. We hold Anthropic Select partner status alongside AWS and Databricks partnerships, and we build with Claude at the core of everything we deliver: agentic AI, Claude Code, AI-native software delivery (AI-DLC) and enterprise platform modernisation. We are scaling towards a $38m run rate across ANZ and APJ, with Singapore as the beachhead for regional expansion.

The Role

You will establish and run V2's Singapore business, our beachhead for APJ expansion. This is a build role: you own the country P&L, the first client engagements, the local team and the partner ecosystem, operating in year one with hybrid squads drawing on our Australian bench. You are the face of V2 in Singapore with clients, with Anthropic, AWS and Databricks in ASEAN, and in market.

What You'll Own

  • Country P&L and the Singapore revenue target, with the first two engagements live by Q1 2027
  • Named multi-national and regional accounts: account strategy, executive engagement, bookings and revenue
  • Local team build: Partner and Delivery Lead hires, growing headcount as engagements land, within a 130+ Group headcount plan
  • Partner ecosystem in ASEAN: joint plans and co-sell motions with Anthropic, AWS and Databricks, aligned to V2's alliance strategy
  • Market presence: the Singapore Applied AI Symposium, local events and the V2 brand in region
  • Operating by the book: working with our CFO and DLA Piper on entity, employment and tax compliance

What Success Looks Like at 12 months

  • First two engagements delivered on the V2 squad model at target margin, with hybrid AU squads transitioning to local capability
  • A qualified pipeline of 8 to 10 opportunities built with our GM AI GTM, at $300k+ average deal size
  • Singapore hub live: team hired, entity operating cleanly, Symposium delivered
  • At least one ANZ client extended into APJ through your relationships

What You Bring

  • A track record building or running a consulting or technology services business in Singapore or SEA, with P&L ownership
  • Enterprise sales credibility: you have personally closed seven-figure services engagements with regional executives
  • Fluency in the AI and cloud partner ecosystem; existing relationships with AWS, Databricks, Anthropic or OpenAI in ASEAN are a strong advantage
  • Comfort operating as employee number one in market: hands-on, accountable, building the playbook rather than inheriting one
  • Genuine conviction about AI-native delivery and the credibility to represent it to CXOs
