Digital Health Technology Manager

Vertex Global Advisory Pte. Ltd. is building a digital sleep health platform that integrates sleep health supplements, wellness products, AI-enabled sleep solutions, connected devices and digital health technologies. We are seeking an experienced Digital Health Product Manager to lead the planning, development and lifecycle management of our digital health products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital health products and sleep technology solutions.
• Define product vision, roadmap and business objectives aligned with the company's digital health strategy.
• Gather and prioritise business and user requirements for digital platforms and mobile applications.
• Work closely with software developers, UI/UX designers and technology partners to deliver digital products.
• Analyse customer behaviour, usage data and market trends to improve digital product performance.
• Develop functional specifications and product documentation.
• Coordinate product testing, launch planning and continuous product enhancements.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, wellness partners and suppliers to integrate digital health solutions into the product ecosystem.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including AI, wearable devices and digital health innovations for future product development.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, privacy and security requirements for digital health products.
• Support strategic partnerships and technology collaborations with regional and international partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Digital Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Product Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product management, software product development or health technology.
• Experience managing digital products throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional technology teams.
• Knowledge of digital health platforms, AI applications, mobile applications or wearable technologies will be an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.
• Proficiency in English. Mandarin language capability is advantageous to communicate with regional business partners.
