Job Title: Operations & Distribution Manager (Pop-Up Markets)

We are a supply and distribution business operating a network of daily pop-up stalls and market booths across various locations in Singapore. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Operations & Distribution Manager to oversee our daily supply chain and mobile retail execution. This role requires managing our warehouse inventory, coordinating daily logistics, and physically setting up market locations to ensure smooth, profitable distribution operations.

Job Scope / Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Stock & Supply Coordination

  • Conduct daily and weekly stock takes at the main warehouse to track incoming supply and outgoing inventory.

  • Prepare, organize, and pack bulk goods at the warehouse for daily dispatch to various market stalls.

• Daily Market Operations & Location Planning

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee the day-to-day operations of pop-up stalls and wet/dry market booths across Singapore.

  • Source and secure high-traffic market locations, managing space bookings and local compliance requirements.

  • Lead the rapid physical setup, structural assembly, and teardown of market stalls every day.

• Customer & Vendor Relations

  • Engage directly with daily customers and regular market shoppers to drive sales and maintain excellent relationships.

  • Handle on-the-ground customer inquiries and manage feedback efficiently to maintain the company’s reputation.

• Fleet Logistics & Transportation

  • Drive and operate a commercial vehicle daily to transport bulky stock, tables, and display equipment safely from the warehouse to multiple market locations.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse logistics, wholesale supply distribution, or wet/dry market stall operations.

• Physical Capability: Highly physically fit and capable of lifting, loading, and carrying heavy stock and stall structures (up to 20–25kg) regularly in outdoor market environments.

• Communication Skills: Strong spoken communication skills to interact effectively with daily market customers and site landlords.

• Driving License: Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license and be fully confident driving a commercial light goods vehicle (Van) for daily early-morning distribution runs.

• Flexibility: Willingness and stamina to work flexible early morning hours, weekends, or public holidays in line with typical market operating hours.
