M&E and Security System Manager

Job Description

  • Responsible for the planning, design, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of building services and security systems.
  • Works closely with client, vendors, subcontractors, consultants and construction team to ensure timely completion.
  • Reviews M&E and security system design and coordinates with client for design approval
  • Manages field engineers and supervisors Plans and manages temporary works.
  • Monitor progress and quality of all M&E and security system works to ensure compliance to project and statutory requirements .
  • Attends meetings with client, authorities, subcontractors and consultants.

Requirements

  • Preferably university graduate in Electrical/Security/Computer Engineering or IT recognised by PEB Singapore.
  • Five years of experience in design, coordination, installation and testing of HVAC, MEP, fire safety, security and electrical systems for commercial buildings.
  • Familiar with use of BIM for construction
  • Able to work in team environment
  • Work location is in the West of Singapore
