Position Summary

As the Finance Business Partner for BCS, you will be the single point of contact for BCS finance matters, lead the business’s short- and long-term financial performance alongside the entity business leaders. You will drive initiatives aimed at improving financial performance including setting up / optimizing commercial business flows and working with cross-functional work streams/teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering and FP&A:

  • Own and drive the financial performance of BCS, acting as the primary finance partner to Business Leaders to deliver KPIs and strategic objectives
  • Partner with Business Leaders to shape business objectives, strategies, and execution plans, ensuring financial alignment and value creation
  • Provide insight‑driven decision support, constructively challenge assumptions and commercial decisions, and influence outcomes to optimize financial results
  • Analyze business performance to identify key value drivers, translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations, and drive continuous performance improvement
  • Lead financial performance reviews, align on action plans, drive cross‑functional initiatives, and rigorously track execution to ensure delivery of commitments
  • Proactively identify and assess financial risks and opportunities, quantify impacts, and partner with Business Leaders to mitigate risks and maximize value
  • Develop robust business cases, validate assumptions, and lead financial evaluation of commercial terms and negotiations to protect and enhance profitability
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align on pricing, margins, and commercial strategies, providing financial guidance throughout negotiations
  • Lead and challenge budgeting and forecasting assumptions, ensuring alignment with strategic plans and operational realities
  • Deliver high‑quality FP&A outputs, integrating financial analysis with commercial insights

Controllership:

  • Ensure full compliance with financial, regulatory, and audit requirements, maintaining strong corporate governance, accurate accounting, and prudent use of company resources
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, promote best practices, and drive continuous improvement in finance processes and controls
  • Oversee timely and accurate tax and statutory filings, ensuring ongoing compliance with external reporting requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with at least 8 years of progressive financial experience, preferably within financial institutions or highly regulated environments
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior and executive leadership teams, with the ability to influence decisions through insight, analysis, and constructive challenge
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate financial insights to both finance and non‑finance stakeholders
  • Mature, confident, and professional presence, capable of engaging credibly with senior management
