Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to support the recruitment of financial advisers for our insurance and financial advisory team. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-up, and onboarding support. The Recruiter will work closely with leadership to build a strong candidate pipeline and support the company’s manpower growth plans. Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for financial adviser roles, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, shortlisting, and managing offer processes to secure top talent
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, recruitment campaigns, and other channels to maintain a robust talent pipeline
  • Conduct professional recruitment calls and follow-ups to engage and assess candidate suitability
  • Develop and produce recruitment marketing content to enhance employer branding and attract qualified applicants
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs to ensure readiness for manpower growth
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to plan and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
  • Track recruitment activities, monitor candidate progress, document interview outcomes, and manage follow-up actions to optimize hiring efficiency
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from offer acceptance to integration
  • Provide regular recruitment status updates and actionable recommendations to management for continuous improvement of hiring outcomes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Prior experience in recruitment, sales, telemarketing, human resources, financial services, or agency development is advantageous
  • Proficiency using digital tools such as Microsoft Office, recruitment platforms, CRM systems, social media, and communication apps
  • Ability to create simple, engaging recruitment content for both online and offline channels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain professional candidate relationships
  • Organized and disciplined in managing multiple candidates and timelines simultaneously
  • Proactive, resourceful, results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
