Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Personal Assistant cum Admin to support our Senior Advisor by managing daily business activities and ensuring smooth operations with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the Senior Advisor’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to optimize time use
- Coordinate schedules to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow
- Draft and handle correspondence, including emails and reports, to maintain clear communication
- Prepare presentations and meeting materials to support business discussions
- Assist in preparing insurance quotes for general and life policies to facilitate client service
- Monitor and manage insurance policy renewals to maintain continuous coverage
- Process insurance claims and service requests promptly to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with insurance companies and clients to collect necessary documents and information for transactions
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies to support office operations
- Follow through on assigned tasks to ensure completion and accuracy
- Provide comprehensive support in strategic planning and project management for the Senior Advisor
- Assist marketing efforts by preparing promotional materials and conducting market research to enhance outreach
- Facilitate communication between the Senior Advisor, clients, and team members to maintain alignment
- Support the development and implementation of office digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency
Required competencies and certifications
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role, preferably within the insurance industry
- Exceptional multitasking and time-management skills demonstrated through managing complex schedules and tasks
- Proficiency in office software, including CRM platforms, to support administrative and client management functions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet business needs
- High level of discretion and professional ethics when handling sensitive client and financial information
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum O Level or equivalent educational qualification
- Certifications in BCP, PGI, CGI, HI are beneficial but not mandatory
