Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: $4,000 - $5,500
12-hour Day Shift Allowance: +$12 per shift
12-hour Night Shift Allowance: +$24 per shift
Meal & Transport Allowance: $16 per work day
Working Hours
First 3 Months (Training)
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
After Training
Weekly rotating 12-hour Day/Night shifts
8:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Every Sunday Off
4-day work week (one of the following teams):
Team A: Monday – Thursday
Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday
Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
Key Responsibilities
Interpret Test Process Instructions (TPI) and provide training to production testers.
Support production operators on testing procedures and resolve testing-related queries.
Maintain and upload training records for audit compliance.
Create and manage server Golden Images (GI) while ensuring database accuracy.
Coordinate approvals to support production readiness and on-time shipment.
Configure rack test templates based on engineering requirements.
Work with software teams to deploy rack configurations into test systems.
Set up and maintain databases for new hardware components.
Troubleshoot production test issues and perform root cause analysis.
Escalate complex technical issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Raise technical support tickets and monitor issue closure.
Mentor and guide junior technicians when required.
Requirements
Associate Degree, Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in a testing or manufacturing environment (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience with server, rack, or hardware testing is advantageous.
Basic knowledge of Linux or DOS operating systems.
Understanding of basic electrical concepts.
Experience troubleshooting computer hardware and basic network hardware.
Ability to read and understand Python or similar programming scripts.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Able to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
