Director

This position reports to the Shareholder and is responsible for overseeing and driving the success of the company sales. The Director will need to strategize, maintain strong client relationships, conduct performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The Director will play a crucial role in achieving and exceeding company sales target while upholding a commitment to excellence in customer service and mortgage solutions. Additionally, the position involves recruiting and developing the sales team, which includes sourcing potential candidates, organizing interviews, and providing training for new hires.

Requirements

1. Fast Learner and possess deep knowledge in Mortgage Loans.

2. Able to develop and implement lead generation strategies and measures that will meet the company's objectives and goals.

3. Able to identify competitor activities in order to recognise potential new opportunities for the company's business growth.

4. Good rapport building with customers and able to promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.

5. Source and recruit new potential candidates to build the company together and set up interviews. Provide training, objectives settings, coaching and monitoring of the new candidates.

6. Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals. Identify gaps in knowledge and provide the relevant sales trainings needed.
