- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Monitor workers, subcontractors, and site operations to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore’s workplace safety and health regulations (WSH) and company policies.
- Plan manpower, allocate tasks, and provide on-site training or guidance to workers.
- Inspect work progress, materials, and workmanship to maintain quality and resolve site issues promptly.
- Prepare daily reports, update site progress, and communicate with project managers and engineers.
