A Property Executive oversees soft services, retail mall operations, landscape upkeep, security coordination, sustainability initiatives, contract management, and building repairs & ELV services, including but not limited to the following:

Oversee cleaning, pest control, waste, scenting, washroom hygiene, and BOH areas for office and retail zones.

Conduct daily inspections, audits, and enforce KPIs for all soft‑services vendors.

Oversee waste segregation, recycling streams, bulky waste, and contractor access.

Coordinate cleaning, security, landscape touch‑ups, and logistics for atrium events and pop‑ups.

Handle operational requests, complaints, and support for both office and retail tenants.

Supervise landscape contractors, plant health, irrigation, pruning, and festive décor integration.

Monitor security deployment, patrols, CCTV, incident response, and BOH access control.

Manage peak periods, queue control, escalator safety, and event crowd handling.

Act as first responder for soft services, security issues, and mall disruptions.

Drive sustainability events, such as Earth Day, World Water Day, Zero Waste Month, recycling drives, harvest events and exhibition, and tenant green campaigns.

Drive initiatives that improve tenant satisfaction, lobby experience, mall ambience, and overall building service quality.

Track waste, recycling, water usage, energy participation, and sustainability event metrics.

Assist with annual operating budget preparation, cost tracking, and variance reporting.

Execute contract management duties, including calling tenders, evaluating proposals, preparing recommendation papers, and executing contract extensions in accordance with JLL procurement and governance requirements.

Support SCDF, NEA, BCA compliance, fire drills, evacuation exercises, and audit readiness.
