Vice President, Quantitative Analytics & Technology Implementation

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical build and end-to-end delivery of Aladdin Wealth implementations, including platform configuration, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.
• Act as a senior subject matter expert on portfolio construction, portfolio optimization, security analytics, and portfolio risk analytics in client engagements.
• Partner with client investment, technology, risk, and operations teams to design and implement target-state workflows across portfolio construction, model management, analytics, and reporting.
• Gain an in-depth knowledge of Aladdin functionality to ensure clients take full advantage of the platform’s portfolio construction, optimization, and analytics capabilities.
• Oversee the technical configuration, integration, and deployment of the Aladdin Wealth offering within complex client environments and operating models.
• Lead client calls and communications as a technical and functional expert, clearly articulating complex investment and analytics concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Develop implementation strategies and provide oversight and execution leadership for the delivery of complex technical systems supporting portfolio management and wealth workflows.
• Function as the internal representative for clients by driving alignment between the Aladdin Wealth offering and client investment, risk, and analytics requirements.
• Design and develop technical analyses for clients, including use cases related to security-level analytics, portfolio diagnostics, optimization outcomes, and risk exposures.
• Convey client requirements and feedback to product development teams to help shape the evolution of Aladdin capabilities and improve technical delivery outcomes.
• Manage senior client relationships to support adoption, technical solutioning, and the ongoing servicing of Aladdin Wealth in production environments.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess some combination of all the following:

• Education: four-year degree in a business, quantitative, engineering, or technical discipline
• Experience: seven to ten years of relevant experience across financial technology, portfolio analytics, risk management, implementation, or technical client delivery
• Deep expertise in portfolio construction, portfolio optimization, and the investment decision-making workflows that support wealth and asset management clients
• Deep subject matter expertise in security analytics, portfolio analytics, and risk management, with the ability to apply analytics to client use cases and implementation design
• Demonstrated experience deploying, integrating, and managing complex technical systems in enterprise or client-facing environments
• Strong background in technology systems, investment analytics, technical analysis, and translating business requirements into scalable platform solutions
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data-driven workflow automation, with the ability to assess how AI-enabled capabilities can enhance advisor workflows, portfolio insights, and client servicing in wealth management
• Experience working with wealth management clients, platforms, or operating models, with a strong understanding of advisor-led portfolio construction, model management, and client reporting workflows
• Strong client management skills: ability to engage client stakeholders to understand and solve their most critical business and technical challenges
• Strong project management and coordination skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously across technical workstreams and delivery milestones
• Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical, analytical, and investment concepts simply and clearly to clients
• Experience within the Wealth Management industry is a plus
• Strong programming and data skills (e.g., Python, SQL, R, Linux) are a plus
• Experience with AI-enabled tools and deploying technical solutions at scale is a plus
• Multiple spoken languages are a plus
