QA Technician

Join our dynamic team as a Quality Assurance Technician, where you will play a key role in ensuring top-tier quality standards and compliance within gauge room activities and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Set gauges and prepare/issue inspection sheets and gauging procedures.

• Perform verification checks on incoming raw materials, customer-supplied materials, subcontracted operations, and instruments, including dimensional verification, hardness checks, and mill certificate verification.

• Conduct final inspections on finished parts, documentation, and ensure compliance with client and licensor requirements.

• Execute scheduled daily phosphate titration tests and monthly coupon tests.

• Perform verification of threading inserts.

• Raise Non-Conformance and Incident Reports for any discrepancies identified.

• Conduct internal process audits.

• Ensure the integrity of the gauge room and maintain compliance with documented procedures.

Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ level with no less than 3 passes, or equivalent.

• 1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience within a production environment.

• Knowledge of 5CT/API specifications.

• Proficiency in gauging and measuring instruments.

• Strong ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

• Analytical and innovative problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication skills across all levels, with strong management and leadership capabilities.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Relevant Industrial Quality Training Certification.
