Job Summary

Lead daily operations and a team at a FotoHub concept store, delivering excellent customer service and managing digital imaging, photo printing, merchandising, and sales to meet monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain attractive store presentation
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective team guidance and sales strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales team and customers to enhance customer satisfaction
• Operate the ‘Noritus GreenLab’ printing machine to produce high-quality prints
• Apply digital imaging skills and use PhotoShop editing software to enhance images
• Handle camera and lighting equipment to capture professional ID photographs
• Perform product merchandising to ensure appealing product displays
• Manage cashiering functions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
• Ability to work 6 days a week including weekends and public holidays, with overtime as needed
• Computer literacy to support operational tasks
• Ability to work effectively under stress while maintaining customer focus

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Training provided by the company to enhance job-related skills
