Business Analyst/Technical Product Manager

Key Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science, Computer / Electronics Engineering, IT or related technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience in software development projects
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in Agile environment and Cloud platform
- Experience in writing business cases, technical specifications and user stories
- Good understanding of web, mobile and cloud technologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to bridge business users, Product Owner, UX/UI designers and engineering teams
- JIRA and Confluence experience will be an advantage
- BPM modelling experience will be an advantage
- Prior Singapore government / public sector project experience will be a strong plus
