Role Overview
As a Tennis Coach at Kidmando, your primary focus is introducing children to the sport of tennis through a fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate lens. Unlike traditional tennis academies that focus solely on drills, you will integrate Kidmando’s multi-sport philosophy into your sessions. You will use modified equipment and multi-sport games (like gymnastics for balance or tag for agility) to build the hand-eye coordination and footwork necessary for tennis. You will also play a key role in coaching Kidmando's newly launching tennis youth teams .
Key Responsibilities
* Youth Tennis Instruction: Teach tennis fundamentals to toddlers, preschoolers, and primary school children using age-appropriate modified equipment (e.g., smaller courts, lighter rackets, and low-compression "Play and Stay" balls).
* Youth Team Coaching: Lead and develop talent for Kidmando’s specialized tennis youth teams, preparing young athletes for future competitive pathways .
* Camp Leadership: Serve as a lead instructor for specialized programs, such as full-day Tennis and Sports Camps, ensuring high-energy, safe, and educational environments.
* Multi-Sport Integration: Incorporate non-tennis activities into warm-ups and cool-downs to build holistic athletic skills. For example, using gymnastics for spatial awareness or throwing/catching games to improve racket readiness.
* Curriculum Development: Assist in creating creative, progressive lesson plans that track a child’s "athletic pathway" from basic motor skills to advanced stroke mechanics.

Qualifications and Requirements
