Customer Service Assistant

HIMO PHOTOGRAPHY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers upon arrival, process online and walk-in bookings, verify appointments, manage scheduling, and coordinate photography and styling appointments to optimize the studio's daily operations.
  • Introduce HIMO's full range of photography packages and value-added services, provide professional consultations, and recommend the most suitable packages based on customers' needs.
  • Coordinate workflow among photographers, makeup artists, and photo retouchers, ensuring seamless communication of customer requirements throughout the entire service journey from consultation and photoshoot to photo selection and final delivery.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area and product displays, replenish daily supplies, and assist with general administrative duties within the studio.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the photography, portrait studio, beauty, retail, or hospitality industries.
  • Previous experience in a photography studio, portrait studio front desk, or customer service role is highly preferred.

  • Professional, friendly, and approachable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong empathy and customer service mindset, with the ability to build rapport and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible, with proficiency in basic computer applications and online booking systems.
  • Able to independently handle customer inquiries and coordinate basic after-sales service requests.
  • Able to work rotating shifts and maintain reliable attendance according to the studio.
