Roles and Responsibility
Guest Service & Hospitality
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Assist guests with seating, menu knowledge, and basic enquiries
- Take orders accurately and input them correctly into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Clear tables efficiently and reset them according to service standards
SOP & Service Standards
- Follow all service SOPs, scripts, and service sequences strictly
- Maintain professional behaviour, grooming, and posture at all times
- Avoid unnecessary conversations or idle behaviour during service hours
- Comply with instructions from Service 2IC, Supervisor, and Outlet Manager
Cleanliness & Outlet Upkeep
- Keep service areas clean, organised, and presentable at all times
- Carry out cleaning duties according to cleaning SOPs
- Do not sweep or mop the floor during service hours unless instructed
- Ensure toilets, outdoor areas, and common areas are checked regularly
Teamwork & Communication
- Work closely with bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Communicate order issues or delays promptly to supervisors
- Support teammates during peak hours without being asked
- Attend briefings and follow daily shift instructions
Customer Feedback & Service Recovery
- Listen attentively to customer feedback and respond politely
- Escalate complaints or issues immediately to Service 2IC or Supervisor
- Assist with service recovery when instructed
Compliance & Responsibility
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines
- Use equipment and tools responsibly
- Report any breakages, safety hazards, or operational issues promptly
