Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive expansion.
- Lead market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Oversee brand positioning, digital marketing, PR, and communications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, product) to ensure marketing initiatives support business goals.
- Manage proposal preparation, pitching, and negotiation for new business opportunities.
- Monitor performance metrics, campaign ROI, and business development results to ensure targets are met.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing and business development team to achieve excellence.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and conferences.
Requirements:
- Experience selling large consulting services and/or proven track record in a solution selling environment
- Proposal development & content creation experience and knowledge across product lines
- Experience working with partners and cross-functional teams to develop business opportunities
