Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive expansion.
  • Lead market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Oversee brand positioning, digital marketing, PR, and communications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, product) to ensure marketing initiatives support business goals.
  • Manage proposal preparation, pitching, and negotiation for new business opportunities.
  • Monitor performance metrics, campaign ROI, and business development results to ensure targets are met.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing and business development team to achieve excellence.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Experience selling large consulting services and/or proven track record in a solution selling environment
  • Proposal development & content creation experience and knowledge across product lines
  • Experience working with partners and cross-functional teams to develop business opportunities
