Construction Supervisor

DONG JIAN CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD.

a. Supervise and manage of construction workers on dailysite activities.

b. Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are ontime.

c. Compliance to safe work procedures and maintain goodhouse-keeping.

d. Ensure safety matters on site and quality of completedworks.

e. Check and ensure material order and fabrication works incompliance with the specification and drawings.

f. Responsible for the day to day supervision of projectsand carry out associated administrative duties.

g. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructivefeedback and coaching

h. Ensure quality construction standards and the use ofproper construction techniques.

i. Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.

j. Pass on information from upper management to employeesand vice-versa.

k. Ensure adherence to legal and company policies andprocedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.

Due to the nature of the job, there might be requirementsfor regular overtime work, weekend works and working with challenging client.

·Possess relevant trade foreman certificate, BCSS.

·At least 2 years’ rebar formwork works experience inconstruction is required.

·Possess good communication skill and leadership quality tosupervise workers.
