Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving sales of mobile phones, accessories, and related products while executing marketing activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, promoting the latest mobile devices and promotions, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell mobile phones, tablets, accessories, and related products to retail and corporate customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Provide professional product demonstrations and recommend suitable mobile devices based on customer needs.
- Keep up to date with the latest smartphone models, features, operating systems, and industry trends.
- Explain product specifications, warranties, trade-in programs, financing options, and promotional offers to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for mobile phones, accessories, and value-added services.
- Upsell and cross-sell accessories such as cases, chargers, screen protectors, earbuds, and smartwatches.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and negotiate with customers where applicable.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns through online and offline channels.
- Manage the company's social media platforms, online marketplace listings, and digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate product launches, promotional events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
- Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports using CRM or sales management systems.
- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in mobile phone, consumer electronics, retail sales, or marketing.
- Knowledge of smartphones, mobile accessories, and telecommunications products is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and POS systems.

Working Conditions
