Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement and Relationship Management

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring client satisfaction

2. Market Intelligence and Strategic Insights

  • Stay continuously informed about industry trends and market developments
  • Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis
  • Identify emerging opportunities for business expansion

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations team to ensure seamless customer order fulfillment
  • Collaborate effectively across different departments to align strategic goals

4. Reporting and Administrative Support

  • Prepare and compile sales reports and performance data
  • Monitor sales records and their status
  • Managing export shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the reporting manager

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4-7 years of relevant work experiences
  • A strategic communicator with strong negotiation skills who excels at developing and closing business opportunities
  • A results-oriented and proactive performer who is market-sensitive and consistently drives towards achieving business objectives
  • A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates self-motivation, and contributes effectively to collaborative team settings
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as needed to meet business demands, and client needs
  • Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for more senior roles, with compensation adjusted accordingly.
