Sales Performance & Business Development

  • Drive sales growth and achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, quotation preparation, tender submissions, and deal closure.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive business development, networking and effective CRM management.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and projects.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and market updates.

  • Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and customer support.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, principals, and vendors.

  • Conduct regular customer engagements to understand operational requirements, gather market insights and identify business opportunities.

  • Deliver responsive and high-quality customer service to strengthen long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.

  • Support project coordination, equipment delivery and handover activities to ensure successful implementation.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and service matters.

Technical & Market Expertise

  • Build and maintain strong technical knowledge of the company’s products, solutions and applications.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, market developments and emerging technologies.

  • Participate actively in product training, supplier engagements and industry-related events.
