We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base, build long-term business relationships, and identify new growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business deals.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to account management.

  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project implementation and excellent customer satisfaction.

  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates using CRM or internal reporting systems.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a similar role.

  • Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are welcome to apply.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Good presentation and proposal preparation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Possess a Class 3 driving licence (advantageous but not mandatory).

Salary

Basic Salary: SGD 7000 – SGD 8500 (depending on experience)
