· Take over an established MNC portfolio(aerospace, pharma, semiconductor, oil & gas) while developing new accounts
· Career path to Senior Account ownership
Key Duties
· Manage and grow existing MNC accounts in manufacturing and process industries
· Prospect new accounts via outbound outreach, site visits, and referrals
· Conduct on-site assessments and propose suitable filtration solutions
· Prepare quotations and technical proposals; follow through to close
· Coordinate with project and service teams for smooth delivery
· Maintain accurate pipeline, CRM records, and sales forecasts
· Meet monthly KPIs for outreach, site visits, and quotations
Requirements
· 3–8 years B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial equipment, M&E, or engineering services
· Diploma or Degree in Engineering, or equivalent site/product experience
· Confident engaging Maintenance, Operations, EHS, and Production Managers at MNCs
· Proficient in Excel, email, and basic LLM/AI tools
· Self-motivated hunter mentality — generates own leads and follows up consistently
· Advantage: sales experience in aerospace, pharma, semiconductor, or oil & gas sectors
